Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas and locations with limited courier coverage may require additional time.

Any promotional free-shipping offer, if available, will be subject to the terms displayed with that promotion.

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations where shown during checkout.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, available tracking information may be provided through WhatsApp, SMS, email or another communication method.

Courier tracking may take some time to update after the parcel has initially been dispatched.

We will try to update the details if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, an address change cannot always be guaranteed.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be handled according to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Courier delays may occasionally occur because of public holidays, severe weather, high shipment volumes, road closures, operational disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, contact our customer support team and we will assist you with the available shipment information.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel and that the provided phone number remains active.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses the shipment, or has provided incomplete information, the courier may return the parcel to us.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Keep the original packaging and provide your order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video where available. This helps our team review the issue quickly.

Eligible resolutions will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable customer rights.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate recipient, phone and delivery address information when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or return of the shipment.

International shipping is not currently offered through our standard online checkout unless an international delivery option is specifically shown at checkout.
